Dawn Williams BSc (Hons) FRICS MCABE - Director

Dawn Williams completed a BSc (Hons) and Building Surveying at the University of Central England in 1999. Awarded Chartered status in 2005, progressing to Fellowship status in 2024. 
Having worked for two well-known and established surveying firms within the West Midlands, Dawn gained valuable experience in a wide range of professional services and property types, with an emphasis on building pathology, defect analysis and valuation of residential property.
Dawn's drive and enthusiasm for her career propelled her to set up Eos Surveyors Ltd in 2010 and into the business it is today. Dawn looks after the residential arm of the business having built up a network of client’s and contacts over her career.
Dawn is passionate about inspiring the next generation of surveyors, in particular women. This has led to Dawn being nominated for many awards. Finalist for two Construction News Awards, one for 'Excellence in Social Values' and another for 'Inspiring Women in Construction and Engineering'. Dawn was also nominated and WON The Property Week 'Inspiring Women in Property' Award. 
Dawn is married to fellow Director Neil and they have three children. In her spare times she enjoys cycling, walking, going to the gym, entertaining and cooking.

Professional Qualifications

Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).

Professional member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (MCABE).

RICS Registered Valuer.

BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying.
