Dawn Williams completed a BSC (Hons) and Building Surveying at the University of Central England in 1999 progressing to Chartered status in 2005.

Neil is qualified in building surveying at the University of Central England in 2000 progressing to Chartered status in 2003 with Chesterton International PLC.
